Now that 2020 is over, I feel comfortable with officially sharing my favorite projects from Hip-Hop & Rap artists of that year. With many doubting quality releases from the culture due to lack of exposure or willful ignorance, it’s absolutely necessary that I use my platform to showcase the progression our genre has made, regardless of subpar content being excessively played by radio stations. My list is based on personal replay value, which, of course, reflects my tastes as a seasoned listener and professional musician.
